Hummm…this sounds like a broken system! For sure the pension plan is out of this world but Godly people who help to produce the fruit of the Spirit shouldn’t be the ones being laid off. They should be the ones that we can trust and the ones that we value as people who build a strong foundation in all aspects of life for all generations. I like the analogy that we all are being taught something and we will all be tested on our lesson and if we pass the lesson we get to move on to the next lesson but if we fail it we get the lesson again. Someone suggested that if you haven’t heard from God recently ask yourself when you heard from Him last and ask yourself if you did what He asked you to do. Maybe He’s just waiting for you to obey Him. Really, we only discover that God is there if we do something that requires faith which by definition means we can’t do it on our own.
