Meditate on Saint Paul’s book of Galatians 5-6:10 to get an understanding of how God works and then give thanks to God for all the lessons He has given you.

It is profitable for me that You have covered my face, that I may seek You rather than people for consolation. (CIoC)

It is good for me, Lord, that You have humbled me, that I may learn Your right judgments, and may cast away all of heart and all presumption. (CIoC)
