I highly recommend a discipleship training school with Youth With a Mission(YWAM) and/or an Alpha course to get more understanding on this.

Meditate on Saint Paul’s letter to the Galatians chapter 5. How can you tell if it’s the Holy Spirit or the spirit of the world working?
