Blessed are those who enter into deep things, and endeavor to prepare themselves more and more by daily exercises, for the receiving of heavenly secrets. 

 Consider these things, O my soul, and shut the door to sensual desires, so you may hear what the Lord your God wants to say to you. (CIoC)
