AM I

  • Doing the possible and leaving the impossible to God?
  • Pointing my finger at myself and working on an obedient relationship with the Holy Spirit or am I blaming God for all the problems in the world?
  • Aware of where I fit into the body of Christ?
  • Helping God to produce the fruit of the Holy Spirit or the fruit of addictions?
  • Turning bad into good and making awesome, awesomer? (Sometimes creating words is just something we have to do with our creative genes! ;-))
  • Spurring on others in the Kingdom of God through encouragement?
  • Aware of the fact that God wants a relationship with me 24/7 not just at church?
  • Aware of the fact that God cares about all aspects of our lives? “You lost me” by David Kinnaman may help here.

If your answer is no, or maybe, or partially, or… then Spiritual Snacks are required, if not a whole meal because:
“AM I?” is not “I AM”
Enjoy the gift of the Holy Spirit in your life now.

Contemplate on how Jesus handled Peter when he cut off the guard’s ear at His arrest and His reconciliation with Peter. What can you learn from Peter’s experience that will help you in your life now? You can discover this story in the biographies of Christ written by Sa...

Good pleasure

Help me not to judge according to the sight of the eyes, not to give sentence according to the hearing of the ears of ignorant people; but with a true judgement to discern between things visible and spiritual, and above all to be ever searching after the good pleasure of Your will.
